I think a travel agent is extremely helpful if they are in part coordinating your travel itinerary with your wedding consultant (if you have one). This can prove to be a cost and time saver as they know your destination, best company to use for guest transpiration, airport shuttle, hotel, etc. Location can also determine the value a travel agent can bring to your wedding. For example, a travel agent in Mexico may not be as beneficial because the costs are cheaper but in the BVI or another remote island it may be worth the extra costs! Danielle.
