Hello everyone, My name is Ashley and i am currently in the beginning stage of planning my wedding for next March 15th at the Grand Sunset Princess Resort and Spa. My fiancee and I have fallen in love with the resort from our research and are excited to get this thing planned! I do have a few questions though for anyone who is planning a wedding there, has had a wedding there or who has just been there. I am trying to decide on my set menu for the dinner reception with the Royalty package but am a little confused. I received an email from the Wedding Sales and Coordinator manager instructing me to select a set menu with 1 appetizer, 1 soup, 2 main courses and a dessert or wedding cake. However the set menus for each restaurant only have 1 main course for each. Does anyone know how this works? Also I selected to have the wedding at the Riviera Gazebo because I have heard good things about that location. If anyone has pictures or knows where I can find pictures. We are having a small group for the trip, only about 15, so the wedding will be small. We were wondering about hanging out by the beach after dinner with some music of our own. I know they have the beach party but obviously we do not qualify for that . Does anyone know anything about hanging out of on the beach? Thanks guys! I know it's a lot sorry
