Hello mrsbrownie12, We are getting married at the Palace in July of this year. Xhail is also our WC. I understand your concern with her not getting back to you in a timely manner. These girls are very busy, especially at this time of the year. They are sometimes having 3-4 weddings a day. I actually called the hotel myself and spoke to Xhail when we first started planning our wedding. She is extremely patient, polite and will work out every single detail needed. I know it could be nervewrecking to not hear from her for a while, but trust me it will come.
