Hi Abby, Your wedding sounds and looks like it was an amazing time! I'm getting married at Aventura Spa Palace (soon to be Hard Rock Riviera Maya) on January 30, 2013 and we are also considering bringing our own speaker and ipod for music. Did you guys have speeches? Hi Ladies, I am new to this forum so I thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Jackie and my fiance and I are planning to get married at Aventura Spa Palace in January 2013. We just sent in our wedding request form yesterday and are still waiting to hear back. I called the Palace wedding line last week to enquire about their outside vendor policy and was told that they are no longer allowing any outside vendors and that they will be really strict going forward. Did anyone else ask the same question and receive the same response? Were you able to work with your wedding coordinator to bring in an outside photographer? Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated! Jackie
