Since all of our guests have cancelled and it will be just us and the children we are trying to decide now if we should still do a seaside serenade theme since it has pics and video..or just do BB and pay for separate photos. @@Linz1131 thanks yes very frustrating because I really wanted the whole sit down reception dinner with entertainment. 30 is a good # for a destination wedding. You can always go drink and dance again after the sit down maybe at the club they have there. Cocktail hour is usually before the sit down dinner at a traditional wedding so you should be okay, best thing about a destination wedding you can still party your on vacation

@@Linz1131 I was going to do the hour hot and cold and 2hours ait down with dj for an hour and I wanted a fire dancer and maybe just ipod during actual eating. ..however now unfortunately everyone whi said they were coming are not cancelling with 2months to go..a little bummed but oh well we'll be there. . That being said now thinking for such a small amount of guests just doing the hour hot cold h'ordourves and a reservation at one of the restaurants for dinner as a group

@@blakdeevah, I am not sure about that she did not give me that option. but if you have the $45 sit down then that is half hour cocktail hour and 2hour reception so if you wanted an extra hour to that then you might as well just do the $65 sit down dinner because that's cocktail and dinner reception for 3hours.

@@blakdeevah.. If you want to do the BB and then an hour of hot and cold h'ordourves @ $20.00 pp and if you have children coming they are half price $10.00.. Depending on how many guest you have I believe she told me they pay for the first 6 or 8 guests and then you would pay the additional guests at the $20 or $10 pp. as far as a sit down dinner I don't know if they offer an hour. Is this what you were asking?

@@blakdeevah you can customize beautiful beginning or you can use the $500 credit and customize your own package @@blakdeevah not fully customize beautiful beginning but they allow little weeks like maybe changing flower color & you add to it and pay additional

Hey Ladies, I had my call with Roxi, Went Great!, I think she is really nice and easy to talk too. She answered all questions. She called promptly at 11 and didn't rush me was patient. She asked me about us the couple and how we met.. Then asked about wedding vision and asked colors. When I told her mint/coral and cream tan she did mention the Island paradise package first and stressed the beauty. lol(it is the most expensive package) Don't think she was over selling though but, Idk. But, if you look at the package descriptions the seaside serenade actual has coral in the description..whereas island paradise has many colors. She wasn't pushy at all and listed to what I had to say. When we went over all the options that I would want and ended our call she scheduled our next call and then within maybe an hour or less sent me the spreadsheets with the four options we discussed.

My ceremony is at 4:00 I thought of doing it at twilight but then decided against it.. I don't have the reception times yet. I still haven't had my conference call. Maybe after that I will know more. Good Idea having guest video saves a lot of money!!

Okay great. Thanks for sharing. I am still not decided on sit down. I am also doing the BB package not sure of the arch we picked saved it on custom wedding on the site think it was bamboo but wanted to see if could pick another color fabric.
