What travel agent/agency did you use? I am getting married in April 2013 and was going to suggest guests use either expedia.com or bookit.com, but if there is a more convenient/consolidated way I would love to explore it! What did your guests pay on average per person for 3 nights, if you don't mind me asking? I'm assuming they did the all-inclusive with airfare, or no? Was the travel agent only helpful with the room rates? Thanks!

Thank you! We will most likely be in similar boats in terms of planning and timing, our wedding is in April of next year. I would love to hear about how your visit goes and the timeline Claudia gives you for when you need to finalize aspects of your wedding!

How quickly did you get a confirmation of your deposit after you gave them your credit card info? They've had mine for almost 2 months and haven't confirmed I've secured my date! Claudia said that accounting processes the payment, and my wedding is >1 year away so I'm sure it's not "priority" but I still would like to know I have the date secured!
