Are you selling the sombrero veil hat? I saw that in your pictures. If you are, how much?
No, sorry. I don't have it anymore!

Yes, I did. My settings weren't sending me email notifications, so I had to change it! Sent a Paypal invoice.

private message me your email and address and I can send a Paypal invoice after I figure out what shipping costs are.
what size are the tank top and hoodie?
and where are you located? (to estimate shipping costs)
thanks!
Tank top and hoodie are no longer available!
Hello. I am interested in the 30 raffia fans. I know you said various sizes but can you give me an idea of an average?
I may also have an interest in the pillars based on where you are located / shipping costs. Here is a photo of the fans on the chairs. I want to say they are between 10-12" but I will measure them tonight. My zip code is 25302 for those interested. I know that shipping costs to Canada are very expensive for those who are located there.

*note: The tank tops and hoodie are NOT available.

I'll post pictures this evening or tomorrow night. Just wanted to add that I will do shipping within the US only. The shipping rates to Canada are so expensive and I don't want people to have to pay when the name of the game is saving $$!

I would recommend writing something along the lines of " Megan and Bob request the pleasure of your company on
July 26, 2014 to join in the celebration of their wedding vows made to one another on May 15, 2014"

Hire an outside photographer! The resort photographers we used for our welcome reception were terrible. We used Juan Navarro for our wedding and are thrilled with how the photos turned out.

For the ladies considering extending their receptions - It isn't worth it. We moved to the lobby bar and there was live music and then people went to the disco as well. It was awesome to have all of the guests at the resort come and wish us the best and the atmosphere was fun!

I updated my Facebook settings, so the albums should all be public now!

@bbbride: You can choose what you want said during the ceremony or provide your own vows to Ramon when you have your on-site planning meeting. We used Alejandro Monroy as our officiant and he was great - we didn't really care about the wording of the ceremony, but we did add the hand ceremony and I'm sure you can request to see the script, or just provide your own.
We picked 2 dishes for the main course as well. They were very attentive to the food allergies some of our guests have, as well.
I will post a link to our pro photos that I posted on Facebook soon, I'm not sure if my current settings will let people see the albums.

Ramon showed us a spot that they could use for the ceremony if it rained. It was a gazebo type structure where the large chess game is played. It may be worth asking about? I have seen pictures of a ceremony set up on the Tequila Terrace, but I don't know how they would change it over to dinner seating quickly?
-
@bbride: Our upgrade was upon arrival and for the length of the stay, but it may be worth asking about. They were very particular about what credits could be used where, but again, just ask, you never know. I was able to charge all of the bridesmaid's hair to my room because they were not allowed to use their spa credits (for spa services) for their hair, which was annoying, but I wasn't going to make them pay for it either. I'm not sure who their DJ is, so I can't help out there.
-
I'm slowly getting back to everyone who has messaged me. I'm hoping to have that finished tonight.
-
The resort lends itself well to continuing the celebration after the 3 hours of reception. We weren't forced to leave the Tequila Terrace, but our DJ did start packing up. We all slowly moved to the lobby where people could sit and chat or get drinks at the bar and dance to the live music in the lobby. Several of the guys bought cigars from the booth they had set up in the lobby. A lot of our guests ended up in the nightclub or back at the buffet later on, so there is something for everyone. I would not spend the money on extending a reception.
-
There was an outside vendor for DJ Mannia, but we had budgeted for it after reading through this forum. They did not charge an outside vendor fee for photography - only the day pass for each photographer.
here is the email info for the florist: [email protected]
