I didn't do passports or boarding passes. I found a gorgeous beach image that I knew I wanted to include in our paper goods, so I had a suite designed on Etsy. It is a traditional rectangle invitation, info card and response card. I'm going to add a belly band, raffia, and starfish I think! 

Secured a DJ and my invitations within the past week, which I will post because I am adding to and assembling them myself!

Just found this thread and would love to work on my diet/ fitness accountability.

The place cards are too cute! This thread gave me so many ideas. I think I am going to steal your idea of having a stamp made to use for our bags.

Can't wait to start buying items and putting the bags together.

Just checking in with all you Now Sapphire ladies. I am just under six months out from the wedding! We just booked DJ Mannia because I don't trust our guests with a iPod and microphone,  and I am trying to make a decision about flowers!

@murmel: Where did you go to get your vases and treats/ snacks for your guests. This is what I want to do, assuming I know where to go before I get there!

The space saving bags are a great idea! I wouldn't have thought of those for non-clothing items. I'm definitely worried about all the stuff we are going to lug to Mexico with us.

Where did you order the fans from?

I'm just hoping that there is a good mix of white flowers available in May

We have 6 people booked. My siblings haven't even booked, nor has anyone in my fiance's immediate family. I don't know what they are waiting for either.

Ok, I know there has to be someone out there who is as OCD as me and has a spreadsheet or their final contract with how much everything cost including all those last minute extras such as fees for hanging items, or renting vases, etc.? I think we need to make a"sticky" with all that kind of info!

A sample is a dress that is the one that people actually try on in the store, (or it may have been a dress that was ordered and not picked up) Some times they are damaged or a little worn. I was lucky - mine doesn't look like it was ever tried on.

Is your user name a football reference? My fiance coaches football, so I associate everything with it!

I bought mine the first week of April 2012 and am getting married in May of 2013. It was a sample, so it is hanging in my closet. I am going to bring it to the tailor after the holidays to have the alterations done.

We sent ours about 11 months out. My goal was 1 year, but life got in the way.
