    Hey there any paradisus palma real 2013 brides out there? Post here. I am getting married there in April of next year. Has anyone visited there recently?

    Hey Jay Berry I am a 2013 bride too but I want to warn you about the Hard Rock. It is really gorgeous, however, I had a wedding date there but the wedding office is out of miami and has the worst communication, so use caution if you book through them! I am getting married no at the Paradisus Palma Real. Their communication has been so much better and it looks beautiful!

    Hello all My fiance and I were planning on having our wedding the Hard Rock but this lack of communication is unacceptable. I have even been in touch with the manager who I have made several phones call to none of which were answered. I reached her via email basically stating our grievances and it took her several days to respond. Then with our reply email emphasizing poor communication, we are still waiting for an email back. We are most likely going to the Paradisus palma Real now. Has anybody heard anything about it there?

    once i solidified the date, i spoke to Renee a week later. I did have some trouble securing my date because Yamilla in the office was said my date and time was available then did nto get back to me and then turns out it wasnt so we are doing the day before. I am nervous too because we know where on the resort we want the ceremony and reception and I hope that honor that request. my fiance and i are exploring other places but the hrh is the ideal location

    I am feeling really torn about to continue with Hard Rock.... I absolutely loved the resort and it is a great location for the group im taking. But the poor communication is making me so nervous. I wanted to do a destination wedding because I didnt want to be stressed about the planning process but hearing all these reviews is unsettling. I did have my first phone call with Renee and it seemed to go well with the planning but Im not sure how it will be. I agree it would be helpful to hear from brides who have had their wedding and hear their feedback!

    hey ladies im considering having my wedding at the palma real, but I am concerned with the food at the resort.I have seen not great reviews. Any feedback on that?

    Hey Kelly It took a few days for me to get an email to get a date and i worked with Yamilla to get my date. I do not recommend her at all. She told me the date that I wanted was available and then never got back to me until I contacted a supervisor and she said the date wasnt actually available. I would try to call the office and follow up with them. Hope this is helpful!

    Hey Ladies I just recently booked my wedding for the Hard Rock for April 2013. I also have experienced a long lag time between emails from the wedding department. Also, i was wondering if anyone has had discrepancies in what the group room rates are? I was told one figure starting at 191 per person per night for a double in carribbean suite and now being told a different starting at 203 for the same room. I unfortunately didnt get it in email but would be helpful if any of you have run into the same issue? Please let me know! Erica
