Jana, I love your photos that Juan posted on his site... your wedding was beautiful! My fiance and I also decided to go with Juan (instead of using the resort photographer)! Did you have ideas for him as far as what kind of photos you wanted him to take or did you just leave it all up to him? Lindsay

My fiance and I are planning to ask our guests to meet us for a cocktail/informal meet & greet prior to dinner on the two days that most of our guests arrive. Everyone is arriving at different times and we want to make sure that we see everyone prior to the wedding. It looks like our options are Barracuda Bar or Rendezvous Bar. We are leaning towards Barracuda. Does anyone have an opinion as to which would be best? Thanks!!

We are having 50-60 guests and don't plan to do the cocktail hour...we are using the same approach that you did. Did they swap 1 cocktail hour guest for 1 dinner? Or did they just give you a partial credit for not using the cocktail hour?

Hi Julie, Did you ever hear back from anyone about this question? I am also planning to use an outside photographer. Claudia told me about the outside vendor fee, but never mentioned any photographers being banned. Lindsay

Jana, I really like Juan's work as well! Do you know if we will get a credit from Dreams for not using the photographer they have listed in their package?

Julie, I just logged on to the forum to ask these same questions! Claudia sent me a link to Adventure Photos website, but I wasn't able to get a good idea of the work that they do. I'm hoping there is someone else out there that has worked with them and can give us feedback! Lindsay
