so I had to change my date to 12-7-12 because I couldn't get the time I wanted on 12-12. I was concerned it was going to be too dark and they had another event so I decided to play it safe and change the date. Since all the musical chairs - I haven't done anything but confirm the time and date. i haven't even decided on colors, the guest list, the save the dates...ANYTHING! wish me luck LOL

Hi ladies, So now that I have my date, and my place...I am still contemplating whether or not I should have a "private reception" I really wanted the first dance, and feeling of the dinner being in honor of us. I will probably have about 35-40 guests (so far ). What are everyone's plans in terms of after the ceremony? We are having the sky deck at 4:00 and I haven't decided on anything else. HELP!

thanks for the warm welcome. I just realized i booked a 5:00pm wedding and the sun sets at 5:10. I am so stressed already and it is like day 2 of planning! Plus I assume we will get some push back because of the midweek wedding from friends and family... I never imagined this planning would be so mentally taxing!
