I agree MsBlissMpls Our travel agent is handling everything for us. He allowed me to put his personal cell number on everything in case anyone had any issue and stated that he was never too busy no matter what time it was. sometimes we communicate at 1&2am. Crazy, but I am a night owl. Plus, I thought since we are going to another country, its nice that he knows all of my party's info and someone always knows where are located during our stay. I have not had to intervene in any way and he has a grest relationship with the resort. Congrats everyone K

Hello ladies My fi is wearing all KanyeWest Louis Vuitton boat shoes. I saw them & had to have them. I showed him & he loved my choice. Does anyone know the rules or if it is allowed to release small sky lanterns as part of the ceremony? I would like to place 2 on 2 empty chairs up front for his mom & his sister who died last year in a fatal car accident. I would like to have their pics images on the lanterns. Thank you K

Thanks everyone. Yeah, I'm a little scared, ok maybe a lot scared in regards the legal ceremony (getting stuck in another country) but my fi wants our first "I now pronounce you husband & wife" to be the first and only one. I do too but I've went back & forth. Still leaning towards legal tho. I've read on this thread & a couple others that the license is mailed to you express at the resort within a couple of days. They will also provide witnesses if needed. I'll have to check into that. Another negative is the money & time it takes to have everything translated once back in the U.S. Yeah, his suite didn't come with a vest either but they had them, along with the matching tie right next to the suits. The vest looked so much sexier once I seen it on. We ended up with the wrong kind so we have to exchange it. Thanks ladies. I'm ready to enjoy the ride. I have all of the big things taken care of already so I'm praying for smooth sailing :0)

The turn around at this place is a little scary but I will try to keep positive as I have not made it that far in the planning stage yet. My date is towards the end of the year. We purchased our suit Saturday. Exciting! Is anyone's fi wearing a vest under the suit? It looks like most just do the suit, white shirt & tie. I was going with ipod also but not positive now. I have a specific song I would like to walk down the isle on. Any legal ceremonies? Nervous!!! K

Hello everyone I am K A Newbie......Lol Happy, excited, scared all at the same time. Great info on photography. I have just been looking at different resort reviews for months and LOVED Del Sol's work. I want to cry that he is no longer available.......but I guess no need to cry over spilled milk. Adrian's work is nice also. I have finally decided on EPM. Getting with my TA to find out about my dates. Wish me luck brides. And Congrats to all of the 2012 brides!!!! Does anyone know of a great makeup (that uses MAC) & hair stylist (that is great on ALL hair types) in the are? I am EXTREMELY PICKY when it comes to those two. Thank you in advance :0) K

So Confused???????? Very interested in booking a small 2012 wedding at this resort. Does anyone have a recommendation for a travel agent. Looking for a TA who has a GREAT relationship with the resort, can get better rates than online, etc. Heads up, I am VERY picky....Lol. I am not sure if it matters if a TA is near or far but I am located right outside of Indianapolis, Indiana. Thanks in advance K
