Hi leboandlee - Hope this message finds you well! I just got back from our wedding at the Rosewood Mayakoba on 12/08/12 with 90 of our nearest and dearest family and friends. The weekend+ of festivities far surpassed every expectation that we had for each event. I spent 19 months planning with the most talented team at the RM and vendors from the area. The result was an incredible Karoka Night held on Thursday night for guests arriving early, an amazing Welcome Fiesta on Friday Night, the most beautiful Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Reception and Beach After Party on Saturday and an amazing Farewell Brunch on Sunday. hi eunice, congrats on a gorgeous wedding! my fiance and i are pretty close to closing with the rosewood mayakoba for our december 2012 wedding. we'll be going down to the resort in a few weeks to check it out and your photos are absolutely stunning! i would love to hear more about the vendors you used for your wedding weekend (i.e. music, flowers, photographer, videographer... and how that fabulous slide show came together on the beach post-party). please keep me posted. many many thanks for your help and congrats again! best, whitney

i, too, am very much in the process of planning my wedding at the rosewood mayakoba (december 2012)! we're currently considering restaurants to hold our welcome reception at on friday night. any recommendations on places that are chic and nice but won't cost a fortune? thanks all!
