Can we book the sitters to go off site with us????

Hello All Im Amber. Im getting married May 9th, 2012. Its only myself, my husband (to be) and my two children (a one and a half year old and a three and a half yeaer old). We choose to go off site for photography done by Tropical Imaging. My question is wede like a few pictures of just myself and my husband so we were looking at hiring a nanny for a few hours off the resort. Do you no if Beaches will allow the nannies to do this? Also we want to hire someone to use our video camera and tape the ceremony....do you think i can find someone on the resort to do this for fifty dollars for twenty minutes. We really cant afford $500. Thanks Amber
