I moved to Kauai a year ago this month! I have been talking to this nice lady at the Waimea Plantation Cottages about having our wedding there. It helps that I live here, but is hard because my family is in Florida, The only bad thing about the cottages is the beach. It is a black sand beach,but is not recommended to swim in. For a couple of family members, this is a problem. But, they can stay where ever they like. Other than the water, the property is beautiful. We didn't want it at a hotel, even though they are really nice!

I saw something like that, but for the reception tables. You put the cameras on the tables along with the "I-Spy" card. Pictures of bride and groom kissing, father and bride dancing, everyone at your table, MOB crying... it's cute and I think I want to do something like that. I really like your twist to it too! I think that would be super fun!
