Great post! I have a lot of these same questions but am just starting to plan/look into things as well. I will post here again once I start running across things. I looked at having the wedding at VC but decided against it because of the corking charge per bottle and a few other things. We want to have nicer wine at the reception than they offer (at a decent price). The locale is gorgeous but there were a few too many rules and extra charges for us We decided on Los Suenos and will be renting a house for the wedding. I will keep you updated on what I find!!
