Hello, I am getting married at Beaches in May 2015 also. We are expecting about the same size party as well. If you book a specific number of rooms, various "options" are included. For example, if you book 11 rooms you get a free cocktail hour and if you book more than 20 rooms you get a free 2 hour reception. I did not look into have one of the restaurants close down but that is not a bad option to look into. If you have anymore questions, feel free to contact me.

I recently booked at T&C for my wedding in May 2015. We had to plan so far out due to me and my fiance's crazy schedules. We perused the website first to get an idea of what we wanted for our wedding. We played around with the plan your own wedding part of the website and cross compared it to the pre built packages. Because we have so much time we will be planning on bringing a number of hand made items for the wedding. The prices, we have found, are a little outrageous. We also decided to go with a travel agent to help us book our wedding. She is a certified Beaches professional. And we have not had one complaint about her yet. She has been absolutely amazing and she knows all of the ins and outs about the Beaches pricing schedule and promotions. She will be acting as our middle man between the resort and ourseves. Congrats! We just booked at Beaches this past weekend and will be staying in the Key West Resort also. Can't wait to hear about your experience! Our wedding date is set or May 9, 2015.

If anyone is interested in getting married in 2015, the rates were posted up until June 2015. We just booked our wedding for May 9th 2015 at 3PM.

HI Everyone, I am brand new to this website and I am estatic to be here. I am newly engaged and me and my fiance were thinking about having our destination wedding at the Beaches Turks and Caicos. At first I though the packages are pretty cut and dry but after looking at this blog it sounds like there are many extras and extra charges they try to force you into. Can anyone provide me with the Sandals wedding package list they send you? I am interested in taking a look before we officially book our wedding at the locations. Also, any advice on how to get started on planning our wedding I would greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

HI Everyone, I am brand new to this blog and newly engaged. My fiance and I are thinking about having our destination wedding at Beaches Turks and Caicos. We were wondering if anyone would be able to send us the wedding package file from Beaches? We were hoping for an elegant and inexpensive wedding but after looking at the blogs, it is making my head spin! We were hoping to have a small ceremony with approximately 30 guests. We were thinking about hosting a small reception but it looks like it is quite expensive. Did the facility have any objections to hosting small dinner receptions at one of the restaurants?
