Hi Teresa We brought everything down with us because I was to scared to ship. We had 3 extra suitcases and paid the extra fee to bring them down. We took an extra one and gave my mother and mother-in-law each one. It wasn't that bad... I brought down chair sashes, table napkins, cocktail napkins, silk flower petals, my bouquet, cake topper, menu cards, starfish place settings, centerpieces (each of my bridesmaid and my mom brought a vase in their carry on), candles, raffia fans and each guest had a favor (starfish bottle stopper). I had 45 guests at my wedding so I had a lot to bring but somehow made it work! I left a lot down there so coming back wasn't that bad

Hi Jackie! We had the silver dinner menu. We chose the avocado salad, cream of tomato soup, the steak and the apple pie. Everything was great but I didn't care that much for the pie. But the wedding cake was yummy! I told my WC all my arrangements before hand...it was pretty easy for her because I was bringing most of my decorations and my own flowers (real touch flowers). I told her how I wanted things placed and she did everything perfectly. My sister bought my hair extensions that I brought down. I think she paid $75 for 6 pieces They are the clip in types. The lady at the salon had no problems putting them in. She seemed pretty use to it actually! Happy planning! You're going to have such a great day Melanie

I didn't have a DJ. I had an iPod with all my music divided into different playlists. My friend was our MC and was in charge of the music. Worked out great!

Hi Jackie! For the beach ceremony, the Huppah was decorated in white linens. I couldn't justify paying hundreds of dollars to have it decorated. It was simple and elegant. I had brought my own purple chair sashes and purple flower petals for the aisle and it looked amazing. We got married at 5pm and it was a bit windy but nothing crazy... I had my hair and makeup done at the salon and I can't recommend them enough. My hair looked amazing! She even put in my extensions and did everything I asked for. I got so many compliments on my hair and makeup! Since we were having pictures done before the ceremony (2pm) my appointment was at 11:30am and I had just enough time without feeling rushed. We chose the silver dinner package and the food was really good. No complaints. Our wedding cake was vanilla flavored and tasted really good! Melanie
