i just emailed our planner and she said that we could do that in place of their bouquets... so maybe talk to yours?

we were thinking of getting real flowers from a florist on the island somewhere... does anyone think this will be allowed? better yet, do you think they'll even know if i do this? or care if its already done? I'm not having anyone stand up so it's really just my bouquet and a boutineer for my FI...ideas?

I am just starting to get the details for this planned,so I don't know how much I can offer you, but what specifically are you looking at or wondering about? Hi there!! We are getting married at La Toc in December I am just now starting to get the logistics set up for this... any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Here's what we have decided so far: We have about 15-20 people coming for sure so far, so we wanted to make sure they knew how much we appreciated their presence...so definitely the welcome dinner the day before the wedding..then wedding is at 4 on the beach, cocktail hour while we mingle and take pictures, then dj and we decided to do the private reception since there aren't going to be a ton of people it wont be too expensive. This way we can also do the more traditional stuff such as dances and what not. As far as the actual ceremony though, any ideas on what to add on? They will have chairs out there, so we were thinking about having some color fabric or ribbon on the chairs to add some color to the white. Ive been reading that they wont let anyone go set up, is this the case?? I dont want to have to pay them to do it because I think my mom could make it look much better than they could (no offense) but I want to make sure this will be allowed before we go get all of this stuff. We are just having the beautiful beginnings theme but I wanted to add my own touch to it too... I'm kinda lost on how to start planning a wedding, so any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!!
