Have any past Bahia brides had their wedding dinner at the Don Pablo? How many guests were seated at each table? My fiance and I are trying to figure out how many centerpieces we will need.

Does the pool party after dinner with the resort DJ include a dance floor? I've seen a few in pictures posted by past brides but I'm not sure if they had an outside vendor Thank you!

My fiance and I are planning to bring music with us to give to the resort DJ for our reception. Did anyone else do this? Did you use CDs or hand him an iPod? Was he good about mixing your music with the other music he played and did he play music that kept all your guests dancing? Thank you!

I've read on the forum that when the bridal couple has an "entrance" when they have dinner in one of the restaurants, their wedding coordinator orchestrates it. Maybe ask Eugenia?

I knew about the $10,000 dollar limit, but didn't know about the $300 dollar limit on goods. So, this would apply to favors for guests, linens, lanterns, and such? But this does not apply to the wedding bands, wedding dress, grooms suit etc, because these are personal items, correct? Should I bring the receipts for any of our personal items for the wedding? Thank you!

This is such a wonderful site and has been so helpful in planning my fiance and my destination wedding in August at the Tulum Gazebo Would anyone who had the pool side reception be able to provide reviews for the resort DJ? I'm wondering if I should hire DJ Bob or DJ Bijian if they are available Thank you!
