I was able to contact my wedding coordinator at the suites about our dinner menu items. I felt that it was a bit to adventurous for some people to eat so I asked if we could have 4 plates prepared: beef tenderloin, grilled chicken, red snapper and a vegetable lasagna. I asked if everyone could get a salad and a soup and she said the chef would be able to do that! So just contact your wedding coordinator with exact items you want using the menu list provided! When I talked to one of the coordinators, I asked about both the freeze dried and silk, and she said both were fine to use at the beach ceremony!

Now if the photographer is staying at the resort as a guest... do you have to pay for a day pass for them on the wedding day?

Can anyone tell me what they did for centerpieces for the dinner? Did they provide them for you? Did you bring items from home? help!

I had this vision of my postcard save the date looking like it actually came from Jamaica itself! Luckily I had a graphic designer friend who could create the front and back image of this vacation-like postcard. I wanted it to have a white edge around the picture and be a little bit faded to give the postcard a vintage feel. Luckily my friend is an amazing graphic designer (www.CMYKEITH.com, check out other amazing wedding invitation designs) and they came out exactly how I imagined! I just printed them out on Vistaprint on matte paper and I couldnt be happier. LOVE THEM! Still havent decided on an invitation idea though...

Hello everyone, I am new to this forum so I hope someone here can help me out. I am trying to contact the wedding coordinator at Iberostar Monetgo Bay and not getting a timely response. I want to reserve my wedding date soon! Can someone tell me the process they went through to book/reserve their date? Also maybe if someone has a direct contact to the hotel. I am hesitatant to call beause of the international calling fees. Thanks!
