Hi, I'm new to this process..so excuse me if Im posted on wrong thread.. I have submitted all the documents needed to get a confirmation number to Tiffany & Deondra. At least I think I have..I say I think because whenever I call them via the front desk (their extension on the email doesn't work) ...seems as if I am bothering them. When all I really need is a freaking response email. I thought Iberostar would be better to deal with then the RIU...which I cancelled due to lack of response. I fully understand "this is Jamaica..they move slow" ...I get it..been to JAM many times. Anybody know how I can talk to the wedding coord at the suites directly?

We are getting married at IberoStar Suites this April 7th 2012. Can (should) I book my room via my travel agent? Or do I have to book via the Iberostar site? What about my guests - how do they book if I book via my travel agent? Is there a discount for my guests? Is there a discount for me?

Hi, I did a search but just wanted to make sure the info was current... My future wife and I will be staying at the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites. Is it okay to not use thier photographer..okay to bring in an outside guy? (do they frown upon that) ...any photographer recommendations?

My Fiance and I are considering using Iberostar in Montego Bay. So I called to inquire about my wedding and the girl who answered my call asked which location of the three in Montego bay...So... I don't know the difference between the locations..anybody know?

My beautiful soon to be bride & I are getting married at ROR July. We were thinking of choosing the 'Royal' package instead of the 'Caprice' only because it's cheaper. It looks like the only real difference is the hair/makeup is not included in the cheaper 'Royal' package. So, I was wondering - Does ROR require that you get makeup/hair done there? And if not.. Then can anyone recommend someone local to Ocho Rios that she (and her brides maids) could use?

Hi, Thanks for offering info on ROR. My fiance and I have a 'scouting' trip to ROR scheduled for this June. Our wedding is planned for July of 2012. My questions: Does it makes sence to buy the 'Caprice' package? Or stick with the 'Royal' package and save the $$? Are you allowed your own photographer, or must you use the Riu's photographer? How was your reception, was it private?
