  1. I used a travel agent and I was told that if people stayed for a shorter amount of time that they would be adjusted. You also are able to book further ahead of time if you use a travel agent. Because our date is 12/12/12 and we talked to the travel agent and had rates in the beginning of March. I also was able to book my wedding date in March with Majestic. You should already be able to do that as well. We have everything all set but are still unsure if we are staying at the Majestic not because we dont't like it but because we might be able to have a family friend get better rates for us another place. I have some information from the wedding coordinator at the Majestic if you would like me to send the information to you just give me your email address.

  2. jess4u - My fiance and I have been looking at the Majestic as well. We will be getting married on 12/12/12 and the rates we were quoted for the lead in room (junior suite) was 1480.00 for 7 nights/8days and that is for 2 people but no airfare. I will be having my grandson there as well and I believe as long as the child is under 2 there is no charge. Above that age I am not sure if they charge full price or not.We are trying to keep our guests rates per person with airfare for the 7 nights at about 1500. I know some people think that is still pricey but when you take into consideration it includes all your food and beverages for the week it actually is a great rate. Cruises end up costing you more and then you still have to pay for your alcohol.

  3. jhern-  We are torn between the Majestic Colonial and the Hard Rock, and ultimately are trying to keep the guest rates down. We are not having a large event most likely about 20 people. When ar you getting married? Our wedding date is 12/12/12. Any information you have on the Majestic Colonial would be great. We are going to make a final decision within the next week or two so that we can do our STD's and then have a final head count of who is actually going.

     

     

  4. tlogan00- the wedding package prices for those three are 1925. and it shows on the website that the rates are good for 2012.

     

    My Fiance and I have narrowed our choices down to the HR and Majestic Colonial. We were able to get rates from the Majestic for our wedding date of 12/12/12, however we haven't been able to get rates for the HR. Does anyone have any ideas of how the rates are for 2012.? We are trying to keep the guests cost down to a minimum. Any information you can tell me would be greatly appreciated!

    I would appreciate it so much, I am not getting married until 12/12/12..but I am one that likes everything done as far in advanced as I can..especially because I am a single parent of three boys...

    My name is Debbie and I also am looking into the NOW Larimar. My wedding date won/t be until 12/12/12, but we are trying to book as soon as possible seeing as I have some friends who are single parents and really want to know what they are looking at for prices. My TA hasn't even been that helpful so I may be looking for a new one. I would appreciate any and all information you can give me. Like pricing, pics, etc. My email is [email protected]
