We were together for 10 years when we got engaged. I had picked out a ring I liked, it was the only ring in all the stores that I had ever tried on and actually liked. A few months later FI bought it. I guess he figured he better get it before I changed my mind!

Since it's a piece of jewellery I plan to wear forever I am glad I had some say in it. I wasn't concerned with quality, size, etc. I just wanted to love my ring. I have a halo style ring with a .75 center (I think that's what it is anyway, lol).

Not sure what I will do for my wedding ring, might actually use my engagement ring. I'm sure whatever ring you end up with you will love because it symbolizes your engagement to one another.

That's a really nice gift. I'm not sure what I will do for my girls. Like you I don't want to give them something just for the sake of giving that will not be used again. I've gotten some things in the past that were a nice gesture but never used again. I think I will give them a starfish necklace each and a gift card. Not sure what else to include.

Really???!!!!! Wow, we have 50 people booked in our group. Our TA didn't tell us anything about that! So awesome! First class here I come, ha!

Those are so neat. I'm also thinking of having all my bridesmaids sign the bottom of my shoes so they are like keepsakes.

I think #3 is amazing on you. Not everyone can pull off that style but you wear that dress, it doesn't wear you. I think it's amazing. I was also drawn to #1, but when I saw #3 I was blown away.

Since you asked, lol, I'm pretty much removing all the hair on my body! No joke! If it can be epilated, waxed or shaved, it will be removed.

FI will probably tweeze his eyebrows, wax his back, go tanning, and kill me for telling everyone on the forum that he is doing this

Stealing, stealing, stealing! I love when people make such creative use of Vistaprint. I love all the things you've done with the postcards. Hadn't even thought to use the oversized postcards as programs. That is very clever. Also, like your postcards tied with the pencils. That is a very nice touch.

I think there was a mistake made on the part of whomever told you that MrsSCK. I'm sure when you ask for clarification you will get the accurate pricing!  If that is the new price noone will ever bring in an outside photographer or other service ever again, making for some unhappy guests, lol.

I wanted PhotoPhil as well, but he is working here in Canada during our wedding week. I ended up with Julia Eskin who I think will also be awesome!

I think we will just stay in the room together. I'm assuming we will see each other at breakfast and by the pool before I start getting ready for the day so we might as well stay together. I would love to do the whole staying in a different room and not seeing each other until the ceremony but I'm not sure we can make it happen.

Anyone out there find a way to hide out all day without locking yourself in the room? I want to take full advantage of my morning before the wedding stuff starts.

I'm flying with AC Vacations this summer. Hope this same thing happens to  us. I love first class! I am not known for my luck however so I am sure I wil be sitting in our regular seats.
