Hey ladies, My sis in law heard back from the WC at the Grand regarding the FREE wedding. Although it was a generic response, she did not say that it cannot be done if you already have a date booked. She has her date set for 2/4/12 and her cc is on file so not sure what to think?? Has anyone else heard for sure if brides with confirmed dates can use the FREE wedding? Liz, I posted the same question yesterday but it never was posted. It was my first post, so maybe the moderators are making sure the content is ok? Anyway, I am helping my future sister-in-law plan her Feb 2012 wedding at IGRH and she is having the same problem!! It's really hard to plan without rates and she is getting antsy as well...The resort told her rates wouldn't be ready until June or July (for February)!!! Which Iberostar are you planning on staying at?

Hi all, I am new to this site I'm helping my future sister-in-law plan her destination wedding in Jamaica. She is pretty set on Iberostar Grand Rose Hall, but she has run into an issue: the rates for the hotel won't be released til June or July. Has anyone else had this problem? She wants to get married in February 2012 so waiting til June seems a little crazy, especially if cost of the hotel is the deciding factor in where she has her wedding. I would appreciate any and all advice you are willing to give!! Thanks so much!!!
