Hi! I am also getting married at NOW Sapphire, our date is May 29, 2011. Thanks so much for putting such detailed information into your posting, I feel much better about the resort now. I haven't been there in person so it is so nice to hear details first hand! By any chance, do you still have the list of preferences you sent ahead of time to the coordinator? I've been working on a list but it would be awesome to see an example so I make sure to get everything in there. Also, did you put together a program to give guests at the ceremony? We would like to do one, but I have no idea about the order of the ceremony there or if they will follow my ceremony plan. Did you get that info from them ahead of time?
