Hi Alex I have the opposite problem - I'm worried my dress is too 'weddingy' for a destination wedding!! To be honest I bought it with my wedding reception party in mind rather than the wedding itself. Its not huge but its not a slim and slinky dress some of the lovely brides have in the destination photos. People are telling me I am just finding something to panic about! I am going for my final fitting on Friday so hopefully I'll calm down after that. I have quite a bit still to do - Sandals asked us to choose some songs which we havent done yet (it wasnt something we particularly wanted to do) and I need to decide on hair - it'll definitely be up though. Im also having a drama over high shoes or kitten heels although I guess its a pretty small thing!! I have become pretty irrational about everything so if I were you I'd value the opinions of those people around you. But you only do it once so you have to have the dress you want! I think the FMIL is a good plan - let me know what you decide. Whatever it is I dont think you'll be worrying about it on the day!

Hi Marleydog Yes, I'm in the Cardiff. I've just finalised everything with Dania - I've gone for the hair/makeup/manicure/pedicure package and the dressing attendant too. You can have the hair and makeup done in your room for $50 extra! The package includes a trial, which I'll be having the day before, but you can choose when this will be. I also have a box to transport my dress - it hasnt arrived yet but I'll let you know what it's like when it does!

Hi ladies We are getting married at Sandals Antigua in April too, we will be there from 2nd until 16th. I was so relieved when I read some of the posts here, it is just the two of us and I was starting to think that we were the only ones having such an intimate wedding! We are sticking with the BB package too given that its just the two of us, and we are also having the sand ceremony and the candlelight dinner. What arrangements do you have for your hair/make up/dressing on the big day?
