Hello. Our wedding is 6/16/11. Natalie had sent something once saying 30 days prior she needed the documentation, then another time she said she needed the documentation 6 weeks prior which is now!!!! I've been pondering what to do for the last couple days and I'm thinking I might have a notary that I personally know just "notarize" the birth certs. I haven't tried scanning and emailing what I have yet since she clearly reiterated that she wanted it NOTARIZED...???!!! I can't believe that the Grand Palladium has never married anyone who lives in a state that does not notarize birth certs! I'm confused and annoyed. I will definitely let you know if I get anywhere with this and please do the same!

Help anyone! Natalie wants a notarized photocopy of our birth certificates for the marriage license. Is anyone else from a state that does NOT notarize birth certs? We are from Michigan and when I emailed her regarding my dilemma, she only reiterated that she needs a notarized photocopy! At this point I'm planning on sending her what I have (which is a certified copy signed by the state registrar) and hoping that will suffice. Any advice?????

So are you scanning/emailing the birth certs or sending via mail? Guess I better get a move on this portion of things too! Thanks for the reminder and info BTW...I haven't heard back from Natalie since she received our deposit and tomorrow will be 4 mos til the big day! I emailed asking her for a bit of a timeline or plan...??? Anything I should be hounding her about? Thanks!

Hello! This is my first post We are booked and ready to go with a bunch of guests and counting for June 16! I'm cracking up at this response from Natalie because I've been frantically trying to decide/book a resort and she recently informed me of these changing packages as well...but she never mentioned when the new packages (AND PRICES!) would be available. So thank you for the February info...unfortunately they want a deposit within 2 wks to hold the date but what are we putting a deposit on??? Hopefully not too much more than the previous pricing!
