    best way is to reach out and call her and see if she is active on social networking sites on her blog. If she is she cannot be that busy and she should keep communication with you!

    I have been to many different Sandals resorts and as a professional wedding photographer that likes to go there for my vacation, I could easily work out travel costs and offer a great rate! Everyone else is right. The photographer has to be a guest and not a "vendor".
