  1. Dreams2011, thank you so much for your reply. I completely agree, and I do think I will move everything up a little. Ill just put something in the OOT bags that says the ceremony time has changed. I don't want to rush through a meal and whatnot. Quick question though, what did your guests do while yall were doing photos and such? If the ceremony is 2 hours before the cocktail hour, and what do the guests do while the wedding party is photographing?
  2. Thats kind of what I was thinking too. I just emailed her back, saying that I am expecting the 2010 prices. I mean, if I specifically emailed Esman asking if I would be charged the 2010 prices, and he said yes, in the email, then I am expecting the 2010 prices (call me crazy haha) I mean, I feel like in these situations, all we have are the emails between us, so I am expecting them to do what they say in them. PS, do you happen to have a 2010 price list?

I just got an email from Fatima saying that when Esman assured me I would be charged 2010 prices, he meant "only if I had a signed contract., otherwise it's subject to increase" I am extremely frustrated by this. Do I have a right to demand the other prices? I started planning my wedding there in November of 2010, with my deposit being made in December. grrrrrrr.
  4. Yeah, I'm reading through all this, and I'm rather concerned about our timeline. As it stands, our schedule is such: I'm rather concerned that that is going to be really tight time wise, and I really dont want it to feel rushed all night long. I've already sent invitations out....would it be in poor taste to tell the guests they ceremony time has been pushed forward??????? 6:00-6:30pm: Ceremony at Sea Side Beach 6:30-7:30pm: Cocktail hour with appetizers 7:30-10:30pm: Reception+Dinner+lots of fun! J
  5. I'm a little curious about seating arrangements myself. I, too, have about 35 people attending. Is there any need to fool with a seating arrangement with that few of guests? Or do you feel like it can lead to chaos with everyone free to do as the please?
  6. Hi and Hello! I've got an upcoming wedding at Dreams on October 8th (sorry, this is my first post, so pardon me if I seem a little awkard!) Fatima has been rather pleasant to work with thus far, better that some of the other 4...5 coordinators that I've worked with in the last 9 months. hahah. I've kind of come to terms with their extremely high turnover rate. Anyway, the reason for this post, is I was wondering if anyone by chance has a 2010 price list. I threw my list out (like a dummy!) because I didn't even think about the fact that prices would increase in 2011. I have the email from Esman assuring me that I would be charged the 2010 prices, but I don't know exactly what they are. If anyone has the pdf, hardcopy, etc. of the 2010 prices, could you PLEASE send them my way. It would be a lifesaver. I looked through the thread for a while, but I didn't see a list of them ( there is a good chance I overlooked them, so I apologize if they are there somewhere) Thank you so very much!
