What if you put 'Beach reception to follow' or "Reception to follow (or held) at Uncle Tony's Steakhouse" (obviously the name of the restaurant you're having it at!)

I hope they don't strike. Such an inconvenience for so many people! Especially those of us with wedding invites to go out soon!

Don't stress about it. It's a beautiful resort and the food is great too. I was there in 2007 for a wedding and it was gorgeous. We would have planned our own wedding there, but it was FI's cousin, and he didn't want to get married at the same place, even though it was fantastic. They even had lobsters on the beach on day!~  It's very close to Dunn's river and they have some duty free shopping close too!

I found some flameless LED candles at costco! they seemed to be the cheapest. I don't want them blowing out either! I also ordered some 1 inch starfish and 1 inch sanddollars from www.tropitek.com  they sell shells, larger starfish etc...so hopefully they turn out nice too! And they were pretty cheap (I hope I got the website right, I saw someone else post about it so I gave it a look too!)

I really like your invitations! I'm going to order from cards and pockets as well, it just looks so good! can I ask you where you got the little starfish embellishment that went around the invite ? I've been looking for something like that...

You can do it online and recieve the long form birth certificate, it costs about 35 dollars and takes about a week to show up from fedex....I will find the website...

I don't know that they will let you use the photographer on a different day...especially if another wedding is using them! But that's a very good question !

I'm waiting to hear back from Tai Flora too...I hope they take into consideration we are upgrading flowers...if not, I'm using the free boutinere on my dad!

I will be interested in what they give you as quotes. I'm going to email them today too, but it looks like I will be waiting a while for a response!

I ordered address labels with palm trees that said thank you and I put them on some bath & bodyworks hand sanitizers! I think they will do nicely for a shower giveaway. I also ordered envelope seals. I put them on little tubs of lip balm that I found at dollarama (2 or $1.25) and they look great too!!

I recieved all of my free items from vistaprint this week! Very exciting ! 100 post cards...pens..tshirts....

lliaPSU. I wonder if you used their business cards, but then you might need a holder for them ? they might be the right size.

Thanks for the info on the restaurants. I just wasn't sure if I should include menu options on the RSVP or not. I guess that's ok. It is a destination wedding afterall!

I bought some organza table runners off of efavormart.com for 2.19 each. They don't weigh much at all and I think I can line my suitcase with them. I don't want to carry a lot of stuff down there, but I still want it to look great!

Is the menu set for the reception, or do we get a choice ? (ie chicken or beef) I'm getting ready to print my invites and I don't know if I should list a dinner option on them...any thoughts ??

I like the idea of including the map of the resort, that gives people something to study on the plane ride and they won't get lost on their vacation !

I just spent all morning reading everything I can do with vistaprint! We ordered our STD magnets from them in Feb. They turned out fantastic! Now I want free stuff too!!

luvmoo....3 bags!! 70 lbs each!! Oh boy! Imagine all the OOT bags I could carry down there! That would be fantastic! I've thought about the weight, and how Im going to get everything I want down there, but travelling executive class might be the way to do it!
