I'm looking at Secrets Cap Cana as well - and am so excited to finally talk to someone who either also wants to get married there or already has! I really want "real-world-bride-experience", instead of blindly booking somewhere! We are not planning on getting married until April 2012, so I have plenty of planning time. But I'm having trouble w/ pricing too....the published price I found for April 2011 is almost 50% less than what they quoted me for April 2012 (going through a destination wedding planner)! It's crazy - and frustrating! Have they worked w/ you at all on price?? Also, you said you have been to the resort, correct? Is it as awesome as the pictures make it out to be?
