I don't know where you are flying from, but Virgin America and Jet Blue have fare sales quite often (Jet blue had one today) and have direct flights. If you are coming from the west coast Continental has decent prices connecting though Houston. Hope that helps. On a side note, you may want to reach out to Sunwing.ca to find out if they can help organize airfare and accommodations for you. We recently learned about this company (through this site) and found their prices to be significantly cheaper than the "negotiated" rates destinationwedding.com was able to get. Thanks for the information. How much are they charging for the small cake, plus a slice of cake for guests? I find it helpful to hear what the WC are telling other brides in terms of selection and pricing...because they continue to either tell me they don't have a service or quote me a higher prices until I tell them that I know that other brides are receiving the same service at a different price. Craziness!

Hey there! Sorry for the delayed response. Congratulations on your wedding to be! Our reception is going to be at the zavas plaza...Our guest list still isn't finalized. Rigth now we have about 50, but are expecting more. What about you?

Apologies for the extremely delayed response. Thanks for all the information. I am not sure if it is the Zavas Terrace...the WC basically gave me the description of "pool deck, bldg 4". I will ask her about that. For the OTO bags...how many guests are you expecting? I am toying between shipping a package to my guests in advance of the wedding versus carrying it all down with me to Mexico. I think I will decide when i have a better sense of how many people are coming.

Hi there, I have been reading the posts on this website for a month or two now...and am getting married at Azul Sensatori on June 12! Our wedding will be a little different since I am Indian and my FI is Nigerian. We are going to try to incorporate both of our cultures into the festivities. Few questions for you ladies... Do you know if they charge extra for guest who are not staying at the hotel...just coming to attend the wedding and reception? Have any of you seen pictures of the Pool Deck area near building 4? The pictures my WC sent over don't really show what the layout of the area is like. Are most of you bringing all the items for your OOT bags downt o Mexico with you and distributing them there? I am officially going to have my wedding at Azul Sensatori on June 12, 2011!!! It will be interesting planning the wedding because we will have a Hindu wedding ceremony (I am Indian.)
