  1. Beautiful pictures! Your dress was amazing! I'm getting so excited, I know these last 3 months will fly past!
  2. Hey Heyily! Thanks for the update! My wedding is in April at BP, so I have about 3 months to go! For some reason, I cant view the pictures you posted, do you think you can add them to your gallery or send them directly to me? I am planning to get the complementary package as well :-) Best, Nikia
  3. Yes, there is a cost, but it is severely discounted for the first 3 days, I would contact them directly for prices. I went through my travel agent since she works directly with Palace hotels. We stayed a total for 4 nights and 5 days, and just paid regular price for the last night. The first 3 days, we had vendor meetings scheduled, and the last day we finally had time to relax. We got to use ALL of the amenities each since we were staying on the property and were treated as if we were regular guests, so it was awesome that we got to try out all the restaurants and amenities and will know what to recommend to our guests. I'm more than happy to answer any questions, and I have really used this forum to answer some of mine, so I love to pay it forward! :-)
  4. It was absolutely beautiful!!! I love the hotel, food, and the service was great! The site visit was amazing and I would so recommend it to anyone that is planning a wedding there and has budget for it. I really made me a little at ease with the whole process since I got to meet face to face the wedding planner, all the vendors, and see the ceremony/receptions areas in person. All of the vendors were very knowledgeable, and were all very nice and helpful. I had the opportunity to see the set up of 2 weddings, one happened to be complimentary package, and the decor is just as it is on the website, very pretty and elegant! I hope you have a wondering time at your Wedding and can't wait to hear all about it when you return!

  6. I would stress too much over the weather! I was just there for a site visit 2 weeks ago, and the various weather reports said rain and thunderstoms, but when we were there, it did not rain at all! The first day it was cloudy, but the other 4 days, the weather was perfect! Don't stress and enjoy your wedding! :-)
  7. Did they allow you to have manu/cake tasting? Also, did you get to take a look at the decoration in person? Just want to know how much detail they go into during the visit, as I was hoping to dive into more details then just viewing the property.
  8. For Beach Palace, you have to schedule it in advance. My travel agent has set up the arrangements for me, but they have a questionarre form for you to fill out so that they can prepare. Shoot an email to Kalena [email protected], she was the one that confirmed my wedding date/time and gave me initital information on schedule a site visit. Good Luck! --Nikia
  9. HI Kristi, You are sooo close! I am planning a wedding for next April, but I am going down for a site visit in June. I have no idea what to expect during the site visit, did you go down and visit before hand? I already of my wedding date confirmed, but I just wanted to get a chance to meet everyone face to face at least once. lol Thanks! Nikia
