We leave for the GBP tomorrow and our wedding next Friday, can i just say this forum has been amazing for all the info and help we have received from everyone ! We fly out Sunday, can any brides who have come back from the GBP recommend a good block for our wedding party to be located, there will be about 30 of us and we want to be pretty central to things, also we have the unforgettable package, what is the free upgrade like? is it a bigger room with ocean view or just an upper floor in the same block as your guests? does anyone have the email address for the front desk so i can email the hotel these requests? many thanks Chris

does anyone know how much it is going to cost to have the photographer come on the hotel grounds to shoot our wedding and the TTD session the following day? do we have to pay 2 separate fee's and how do we pay that?

Can anybody help me, we have about 30 or so guests and we have booked the Dolce Vita for our reception dinner, does anyone know how many tables that will set up for that amount of people? many thanks

Hi BusyBee123 Your trip report was amazing and so detailed, congratulations on your wedding it sounded awesome ! I noticed you went on the Island Vibes Party Cruise, can you give me some contact information as we would like to book that cruise also, we are getting married in May and would like to pre-book it now so our guests can contact them before hand and book. We will likely have about 20 or so interested , will that be enough to get a group rate? how many did you have? Also how did you all get to Ochos Rios where it left from, did they provide transport to and from the resort? Many Thanks Chris

i just called the number too at the toronto office , the lady said she didnt have any luggage tags available but she had some brochures, she then proceeded to ask where i found out about this free "giveaway" it sounded to me like they have had quite a lot of calls recently for these and have stopped handing the luggage tags out for free, anyway she is sending me "some" brouchures, i cant imagine very many to put in our OOT bags

Hi Ladies I have finally booked my date....May 25th 2012 @ 4pm at the gazebo ! so excited now !!!! we have decided to go with the "unforgettable" wedding package, have any other brides been happy with this or experienced this in the past? I have a few questions that i hope some of you can answer now that i can start to plan my day properly. 1. have i got the right names and email address's for the wedding planners at the GBP and who is the best to contact or am i best emailing them both all the time to ensure i get a reply? How far in advance do i have to book my reception area, i have read on here some are booking the same time they book their date and others are booking a few weeks before they depart. Which (i know its each persons opinion) is the best would you say? 3. Is there a free upgrade to the honeymoon suite in the "Unforgettable" package or is that an extra upgrade? i know in the package it says "free room upgrade" but does this include the honeymoon suite? and how do we go about booking and making sure we get that. 4. Hi there GBP couples ***HELP HELP HELP*** Me and my fiancee are planning to get married at the GBP next May and we have emailed the hotel for wedding package information but they are not quick on replying. Does anybody have any details or an email from the coordinator of the packages they offer, prices etc We want to book this as soon as possible after we have decided which package to go with. many thanks for your help and quick replies Chris & Krista
