Hi Erin, No worries, I was in the same shoes as you. My wedding is a few days before you. I think Pillar is having problems with her email account, because she keep saying she responsed to my email but I never received her emails. The same thing happened to me with my contract. I just email Pillar back with the marked up changes right on the pdf file. This way she knows exactly the changes on the contract. If you still haven't her back from her in a few days give her at call 011 58 998 872 8888 ext 4006 and review the contract together on the phone. I find it much easier and she send me revised contract instantly while I am on the phone with her. Hope this helps, Amy

Hi Erin, Sorry I have been busy perparing for our wedding. There is so many little things to do. We finally got our wedding contract today from Pilar. I have been asking for this for the past few weeks. We need to make a few changes to the contract. We are having Alex to come and talk about the tours during our welcome dinner. I am super excited and can't wait to leave. I was going to bring welcome gifts, be decide not to last mins, we didn't want to bring so much stuff down. We are bring all the centre pieces and purchasing the flowers from the resort. Amy

I haven't bee able to get hold of Pilar since last week. I got her out of office message.

I find it's not necessary to get a TA. Having a TA, you would have to pay a 10% deposit for the room block, plus the average price per guest is $200-$300 more compared to guest booking themself on a expedia. So far every one booked with out any issues.

Hi Hanna, I remembered when I first inquire about wedding dates. I was told there is no wedding on Sunday. So I ended up having my wedding on Tuesday. I hope everything will works out for you.
