Hey Ladies! I have been going back and forth via email with a Real Resorts Rep for a July 2011 Wedding at the Gran Caribe. All was flowing well, and she sent me all the literature. I was planning a site visit and getting ready to give $200 to hold the date and all of a sudden communication STOPPED! My emails are not being answered and I am growing very concerned at this point. I dont want to lose the date. Any words of wisdom. How has communication flowed with you all? Should I try and get in contact with another rep?

I am hoping to book Moon Palace for a July 2011 wedding. I am getting ner vous because its been a week since I reached out to them and STILL no response. I want to do a site visit this July. What is the best method of contact? HELP!

My name is Tiffany and I live in NYC. My fiance proposed on May 22nd, 2010. It is such a surreal feeling and hasn't quite set in. We have decided that Cancun is our destination. However, we are torn between Moon Palace and Gran Caribe Real. Our main concern is making it affordable for our guest who will be flying in. I have reached out to both resorts and I am hoping they can give me some info about rates.

My main concern right now is choosing a resort that is affordable for our guests. Its a toss up between Moon Palace and Gran Caribe Real. Has anyone recieved any group rate qoutes? I reached out to palace resorts and real resorts this afternoon.
