I was told there are only 2 weddings a day, also. But I know on my day mine is at 11:00 am, there is one at 1:00pm and then another at 4:00. I believe all of the receptions are in the evening. Not sure how all of this will work out............
I have been e-mailing the photographers directly and sometimes they get back to me within 1 day, but it has been over a week now. And, they don't always answer every question. But, at least it is faster than Ana!
Ok ladies. Since it appears as though a lot of answers cannot get answered until I actually arrive for the wedding and can meet with Ana (because a site visit is not possible for me) I am trying to figure out the things that I MUST have figured out before I get there. That way I can just focus on getting those answers from Ana and won't sweat the other stuff. Opinions on what those would be? I am thinking:
1. The wedding location
2. The reception location
3. The ceremony Script (so I have time to make revisions)
4. Available decorations (in case I need to bring my own)
5. I am going to use DRC photographer, but do I have to have the exact package figured out?
What else
Has anyone thought of parasols or something for shade for the guests sitting in the hot sun for the ceremony? I have a couple of grandparents coming who I think would need some cover during the ceremony. Does the resort provide anything like this? Would I need to bring them? Anyone know??
Hello everyone! So, I was told the only wedding time available the entire month of November is the 29th at 11:00. Obviously, I took it but I REALLY wanted a late afternoon wedding. Anyone out there getting married on the 29th that would want an earlier time? Maybe we could swap? Just thought I would ask...........
