Mallory57, thanks for the DJ tip. We have been planning on using ipod but haven't really put much effort into it yet, so if we can get a good deal from your guy, might make more sense! I think the resort charges you 100 bucks just to use your ipod anyway.

We are assigning one of the groomsmen help with the music and announcements. So he will announce the first dance, father/daughter dance etc, and he is also going to be keeping an eye on the dance floor and the vibe and will just click skip if a song seems out of place... Hopefully this works ok! The thing we haven't figured out is music during the ceremony!

Thinking about steel drums just for the ceremony. I looked into photographers in Negril quite a bit. My top three ended up being: - Brian Nejedly [email protected] - Stacey Clarke [email protected] - Misha Earle [email protected] I was going to use Stacey Clarke and then at the last minute decided to take someone from the states with me for the whole weekend. Can you give me the website, contact info for Roxroy, I couldn't find him on google. Thanks!! Also, I was wondering - from anyone - how late are they saying your wedding night reception can go on? I think we will have about 2/3 of the resort booked for the wedding and I want to be able to have the dance floor going all night!! Thanks for all the info everyone.

I think to do it on the beach it would have to be at the moon dance villas, and I think they will coordinate this for you. Does anyone recommend a cake person other than Miss Myries (Margaret) in Negril?
