We are getting married at the Iberostar Beach in Aug 2010. I was expecting after the holidays for the rates to decrease, I contacted my travel agent to check the rates today and they have continued to increase. Does anyone know from past history, will the rates decrease or are the just going to continue to increase? Thanks! -
yes, that is our plan as well. i have told a few friends and agree is a good idea. the only people coming to our states wedding is our parents, siblings, and grandparents. we are not planning on telling anyone else because we don't want them to say we will come to that wedding and not the one in mexico.

We are planning on getting married at the Lindo in August 2010. We haven't officially reserved our date, waiting to hear back from the WC. I have a question about your guests booking their flight. we are using a TA that is using Funjet, she said there is no way to reserve a rate, we have to wait till each guest puts down their deposit. Is this how its been with everyone else? Have your guests said anything about rates increasing? Thanks!
