I would say go shopping together and try on what she picks out. Keep her sweet, it is her day after all. Hopefully you will find something you both like.

Here is my lovely bundle of joy! Her name is Rubi, and she is 3 years old (but acts like she is 3 months old!)

 

 

 

 

He is 7 months older than me. I am 27 and he is 28.

I have chosen to do my own make up on the day. I have spent an absolute fortune on Bobbi Brown make up and brushes etc. My FI is like you best look amazing on the day from the amount you have spent on make up lol.

 

Has anybody else spent a fortune on products for their special day? Anybody else use the Bobbi Brown range?

Less than 3 weeks to go now. I think i have most things ready, but theres still that thought in the back of my mind of have a forgotten anything. Its a nerve racking time!

I have now gone with a red colour, could not find any corals in dressed that looked right on my bridesmaid. Time was ticking so i had to make a quick decision.

I love the idea of the bus, looks wicked, everyone will have so much fun!

I will also have my hair half up half down, with a veil and tiara.

A necklace with my dress???

 

Please give me your honest opinions. I am wearing a bracelet and small earrings, but i wasnt going to bother with a necklace because there is alot of detail at the top of my dress. Its only since my mum said to me so what necklace are you wearing, that ive thought oh maybe i should wear one. Now im just confused and cant make a decision. If im honest i dont think i have the money for a necklace now as i have less than 2 weeks to go, but if i do need one i will find money from my savings.

 

Please help me to decide!

Oh you don't even know!   When I got her auto reply saying that she wasn't going to be back until 10/9/10, I almost had a heart attack!  LOL

 

I can't believe I am getting married in three weeks!  I still have so many things to do.  I have heard from other brides that the disco music is not that great and that is what the DJ is in charge of.  So a lot of brides brought their own music with them which I plan on doing....

Do you mean the general disco? Or are you hiring a private one for your wedding? I am not doing that as there is only 6 if us and it really wouldnt be worth it. I plan on popping along to the general disco, can we hand over an ipod in there and ask them to play it do you know?

But I agree with everyone- Beverly has been insanely difficult to get a hold of.  I emailed her 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard back.  And all I really want to know is when (and how much) I need to put money down for our wedding...  She said that the date is booked but I figured they would want some money to make sure we dont cancel or something - not that we would, stds are out and theres no looking back now!!!!  Hopefully she's just really busy right now but will catch up on her emails soon!

 

Its coming up to 5 weeks since i last emailed Beverley to ask how much more it will cost me to decorate the gazebo. Not going to bother emailing anymore cos i will be there in just over 2 weeks and can pin her down for answers, literally! lol

We arrive back on the 13th and we are having out AHR on 16th. Think its best not to leave too big a gap, and you will still have your suntan lol

I am having a buffet and disco AHR but i am still wearing my dress. I expect the others to wear their wedding attire too, best to wear it more than once hey!
