We are getting married at Barcelo. While they do not allow outside photography, they do allow it if the person is your guest. We are flying out our photographers so they will be there for a few days but if you get somebody local, I believe you can just book them a room for one night, and they are your guest.

I'm not 100% sure that this is still the policy but it is for us so I would double check. I don't know about the other resort so can't compare

do you know if there's something similar for Riviera Maya?

My understanding is the same. Our photographers are allowed as long as they are staying with us at the hotel. We are looking at videographers as well and will just book them for 1 night at the hotel.

HAHA - I might believe Mexico, but Vegas?! That's too funny....anybody ever saw "Friends" where Ross and Rachel got married? I wonder how many times that happened before they made it an official policy

She wasn't there when you needed her on several occasions. As a friend she should have been there through the breakup, through the time when you were out, and when you were looking for a job. The fact that she kept information from you and actually lied to people about talking to you...to me that's not a friend and not worth your effort. I have similar "friends" but at the end, life is too short to waste your time on people like that imo.
