    Hi Ladies, We have 40 guests now booked at GPJ for our January 2010 wedding. Any particular building recommendations (on the Jamaica side) that I should try to request my guest be booked into? My fiance and I will be staying in the honeymoon villa..which I believe are all on the Lady side? Thanks! CamBride

    Hi Ladies, Does anyone know anything about the golfing situation? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think there is a course on-site at the resort but there is one near. What are the green fees and rental of club fees? Also, does anyone know what brand of clubs are available for rental? The men from our group are debating if they should bring their clubs or just rent. Thanks!

    Hello fellow GPJ brides! We just received confirmation from Jacynthia that our wedding is booked for January 2010 at GPJ. From what I've heard from other destination brides, now that we picked our resort the actual fun in the planning will now finally begin! Thanks for providing so much useful information. We are sending our invites out on Monday..so exciting

    Thanks for everyone's input. I'm still waiting for prices from other TA's. The prices for February seem to be fairly high. Once we pick the resort, it should get the ball rolling.

    Hi there, I am brand spanking new to the site and was wondering if I need to get my act together for our February 2010 wedding. We are just waiting for group rates from our TA so that we can pick a resort and hopefully that will get the wheels turning fairly quickly.     Hello Everyone, A very good friend of mine (also a fellow active..very active BDW member) has been bugging me for months to join this site. I have finally joined and wow..I now can see how much work is ahead of us for our February 2010 wedding! We are just waiting for prices from a few travel agents but our top two spots are Varadero and Jamaica. I look forward to chatting with you all soon! CamBride (Toronto, Canada)
