    sofylina-thanks a lot! what are you doing in terms of time line for your wedding? i'm trying to figure out what we are going to do. i think if i see another wedding's timeline it'd help a bit.

    thanks guys. i'll have my travel agent check with the cruise line. i checked with Grand Old House in The Cayman Islands, where we might be getting married and they gave me a quote for $810. that seems kind of high to me.

    For the guest coming to the wedding, how are you getting them there? I know I am responsible for their transportation, but I do not know if we should take taxis or if there are buses we could rent. We are getting married in Grand Cayman and there is going to be about 50 of us. If you already have done this, how much did it cost you?

    I was thinking the same thing. I would just have them take pictures and just tell people they were part of my guest list. Plus, if I have 3 photographers, that just gives me that much better of a chance of getting better photos! I was just kinda worried about paying for them to come and someone saying, what are you doing?! You can't be taking pictures! And yes we are getting married on the islands, not the boat. Thanks so much, it just gave me a big sigh of relief!

    We are planning on bringing a photographer with us when we go on our cruise. I sent an e-mail to the wedding coordinator asking if we could work something out if we didn't use their photographer, because we will be bringing our own. They told me professional photography equipment isn't allowed on the ship. I was wondering if anyone has done this. And if I do this and just don't tell them we hired them, and they are just part of our guest if it would be a problem. Any informatino would be great!

    I don't blame you for not going back to that stylist the day of! Good luck doing your hair the day of. Lemme know if you need to know any advice for doing it the day of!

    I am also wondering the same thing about the on-ship stylist! I am a hairstylist myself, so I know I am going to be crazy about my hair the day of and I'm not to keen on letting a random stylist do my hair! I would love to hear reviews!
