Ok! lucky for you and your guest.. you were the smart ones. Our problem was our guest didn't know if they were able to make it until more last minture and still no one can really booked their trip (for those who haven't) until late feb earch March. SO it's stressful but I can't stress over it anymore there is nothing I can do. At least our parents will be there! Oh I was wondering/worried about your Mike needing to go to Haiti as I am sure my cousin will be heading over (I think they probbably work together in some way or form) Glad he'll be able to make the wedding lol! or there really wouldn't have been a wedding.

Michele, I am so with you, I will need at least min 1 luggage for just the oot bags lol . I love it, you'll have so many t-shirts and hats lol!!! Angie, I'm with you.. it's a bloody roller coster!! I just got word yesterday the packages are booked for my resort.. so until and if ever the tour operator buy more packages my guest have to book their package's a la cart! And the oot bags are annoying with never knowing if your guest are coming.. they pretty much have to be last min unless you have all your guest already booked! If your not doing any favours or oot bags.. smart thinking lol!! ! Hopefuly (I know they will) the out come of the bags will be worth it all.

Thank guys for everyone's supportive and kind words. So after a lot of research I finally came to the realization that it's not the resort that is fully booked.. it's the flight's and packages. So I figured other ways for guest to book until these tour operator's start buying more package's. I'm getting them to book through the website of the resort, and then getting a flight a la car let's say..it pretty much comes up to the same thing maybe a couple of $ more. I am so happy again lol. Now I must go let all my guest know. Isabelle, I am so sorry to hear about your GM.. my MOH's nephew is leaving Tuesday as well to go to Haiti.. It's horrible your GM just got home and already has to go, but they really need our help. I am so glad we can say we know someone who IS helping. I wish I could but they would never allow me with my health issues. DEH83, Your seats are they leaving from Ottawa or Montreal? And which day are they to leave on?

I am talking about all the sections.. they are all booked except for the 8th. So I am trying to rush people into booking now for the 8th (2 days before we arrive) but at least we'll all be in the same hotel and they'll be there for the wedding. As of last night I also thought there were a lot of rooms left. But there isn't not for the week of the 10th to 17th.. Only date seriously free now I even called a TA and it's April 8th. So you might want to tell your guest that as well.

It truly is.. Yes I don't mind if they go few days before or after us, we weren't planning on everyone coming the same day.. My parents are coming a day after us, Fi's parents the same day also another guest the same day and 2 guest a day before us. Right now there is only 1 day left avaiable for the resort (april 8th) which is 2 days before us (which is fine) but my MOH and BestMan are only able to book in March,so is another Bridesmaid. I let another guest know about the situation hopefully she'll book tomorrow!! I am mostly disapointed for my MOH because I know the rooms that are avaiable now wont be in march.

I don't even know why I decided to do OOT bags.. I figured a lot of people who were coming would be their first time.. and I know my first time I didn't bring things that I really needed.. like travel mugs, first aid kit.. and then I got this site.. and it gave me so many ideas for OOT bags I just had to do it. But it will be $$ It is very interesting to see what people are and aren't doing for their DW.. it's fun like you said because you can do whatever that please you and no one would know the difference because DW are flexible.. I should keep reminder myself this when things don't go the way I want (which I have been.. I think I've been doing good.. like We aren't have an equal bridal party, use to bother me, now I am over it lol)

I guess I consider myself a lucky girl. The FI doesn't care about any of it.. just wants to marry me.. I could put him in a pink suite if I wanted and he'd play along lol just to have a happy bride. But lucky him I am very simple.. his wearing a beige suite white shirt (not sure on the tie) and the flower will be whatever the resort offers probably something white, maybe a little bit of a bit orange. You girls will def have to post pics of your rings when you get them.. I just went to a jewellery store (where we got my e-ring) and looked for a ring close enough (got the same color and quality)

I was conisdering doing the bathing suites that say mr and mrs. I'd buy a white bathingsuite and iron on. I am still considering.. if I can get a bathingsuit at walmart (white) I will but I wont go to a bathing suite store and buy one, they are way too $$ to be ruining it with an iron on for 1 day. I am buying a romper for the wedding day.. have it on while I get my hair and make up done the I can just pull it down and put my wedding dress on I am wondering if anyone is doing a dinner favour? If so what are you guys doing. Romper I will be buying.

Your so right I'd probably be very good for me. Like you I am weak on my left side as well, legs and balance I'll definitely put some thought into it for after the wedding! I'd probably get use to someone telling me what do to.. after all its for my own good health I am so happy to hear your getting the results your looking for. Good for you with all the hard work. can't imagine just how hard it is.

lol you girls remind me of ME! Except the FI is real good at packing and usually never forgets anything.. and NEVER goes over his weight allowance. So now what he makes me do is.. put all my stuff either on the bed or in the suitcase and he packs it right (he goes on a lot of business trips.. he has experince!) I am totally with you Meghan, once something is done I'll be packing it. Like you no matter how many list I got I'll still be thinking about it until it goes into a luggage. I'm a worry wort I'd love to know what everyone is doing for dinner favours?

lol I on the other hand am bring centerpieces and forgetting the whole place sitting. As I'll only have 20-22 guest (now) coming and like Meghan they are divided into 2 groups.. they will sit together. No point! No decor tho!! I draw the line. I thought it was a good idea the brochure too until I realized how much hassal it's becoming since it'll have to be a last minute thing, and I truly didn't want any last min things. Ah well nothing to do about it. Just can't wait until we go and get done and enjoy our time.. then come back and tell everyone about it (and read about all your story's lol) Yes I got more people confirmed!! (before I only had my parents booked and a friend booked.. no one else has booked.. just confirmed) But I got an e-mail from my first cousin telling me she isn't sure she can come now, and when will I need to know?!) lol *sigh* I thought I was actually getting somewhere until that e-mail today! I'm with you Kim, if I don't hear who is coming or not by tomorrow (after I used your letter Meghan) I am assuming (with good reason) they are not coming.. and if they do they just don't get a bag or favour!
