Just an FYI to all brides... it got dark there at about 7:30pm. Our ceremony was at 6pm and we just finished the ceremony and took pics before the sunset (which made for awesome pics!)

Hello Dreams Punta Cana Brides!! I just got back on Sunday and my wedding was amazing! I'll post pics soon too with a review... boy it will be long! There were some things I loves and others I was not too impressed with. Unfortunately for us, the only time it rained all week long was at our reception dinner, but it was clear for the ceremony. It was no big deal, we just had them move all of our linens and centrepieces downstairs and it worked out great. I'll post soon! Just wanted to say that Im back and MARRIED!!!

Yes they are still available. I leave tomorrow though for my wedding and will return on July 5th, so if you wanted them I'd have to send them after I get back. Let me know.

Im only having a MOH standing for me. I bought her dress - $145 Coach purse $80 (from the outlet store) & Coach wristlet - $35 from the outlet Flight from her town to mine where our group departs from $380 Mani/pedi in the Dominican $? Im pretty sure that sounds like enough right?

I've reduced the price of the dresses - they are now $100 plus shipping

I just got my translated documents in the mail today! I sent them on May 15th and got them 10 days later! So quick! I had no problem at all. The papers that get translated are the single status affidavit and your birth certificates, but the rest are stamped with by the Dominican consulate stating they have been legalized. They are all legalized by the Dominican Consulate. There was a letter on the front stating where we need to sign (they even included little "sign here" stickies ). The note also states that once you get your marriage certificate from the hote it will be legal and valid worldwide, but must be translated and certified by the Dominican Consulate. It costs $85 to cover the certification and translation is free. You just send a PHOTOCOPY of the wedding certificate (front and back) and include a self addressed envelope for the return of the docs. I hope this helps abit!

I went last night and bought mine too, got all the sizes and colours I needed, then went this morning and waited 1 1/2 hours in line for my price adjustment. Wasn't doing anything today anyways! LOL! I hope you all got your too!

i just sent mine off yesterday to Wedo and it arrived to them today. I'll let you know how long it takes and how it looks!
