Has anyone heard if the Del Mar is open? The wedding coordinator told me the Beach side was open but did not mention anything about the Del Mar, but the travel agent is saying the Del Mar will be open..this is soo confusing!! kef1274 - That's the same with my TA, I dont think they have any idea what's going on. I get more information reading this forum than anything else. But they last time the wedding coordinator got back to me, it sounded like we were definitely getting upgraded, and since your wedding date is before mine, I would think you would be in the same boat. But then again, who knows?! I agree about the Cajun restaurant. I really dont want a wedding there. I was hoping they would move it somewhere else.

jlj1176 Thank you for the update. Reyna just emailed me on Monday and mentioned that i would have the same wedding I've been planning with the del mar, but it would just be at the lindo/maya side, I just had to pick a new restaurant for the dinner/reception. But maybe i'm on that line, since the wedding is on June 19th, that it is still up in the air. Oh well, I guess we will see. Gemstone - your wedding pics are great! is that the del mar or the lindo? Does anyone have pictures of the italian restaurant at the lindo?

Hi Girls, I am new to this, but I've been reading these threads and they have been extremely helpful. I have my wedding planned for June 19, 2009 at the Del Mar, but it looks like that is not happening. I was hoping someone who has had their wedding at the Lindo could send me any pictures they might have. I'm trying to choose between restaurants to have our reception at, any suggestions? Thanks!
