Unfortunately we are going to be moving several days before the wedding (my fiance is in the military), AND we don't know where yet! SOOOO...conveinence is a huge factor for me and luggage since we will have more stuff than usual probably b/n the move etc! Once we leave for the wedding, we will be flying back to the new place!
  2. Ladies - I found these programs on line....fans...I loved them! http://www.custom-programs.com/ Also, I emailed the minister and he was great!

Jacy still hasn't answered my questions. They suck over there -Patria I am sure everything will turn out great! You can always do white chair sashes....when I called Jacy a while back, she said they have sashes and what not there.....

Let me know what decor you are using and maybe we can share costs? So far I have a few vases and votives but they are mother of pearl not blues. I am looking to buy chair sashes and a table runner as well as draping fabric for the gazebo and lanterns(this will be white). Is anyone else planning to hang chinese lanterns in the gazebo? Are you doing LED or plug in? That's great AArons girl....I am in the MD/VA/DC area btw, not sure where you are in VA. I will try to contact those chair sash people.... As far as laterns, there looked to be some in Lyales photos?? Square ones hanging....I assume you are talking about the round paper ones? I was also waiting to hear in Lyales review if the tulle in the gazebo was provided by the hotel. I am thinking it was....white is fine with me.

The final word I got was pay for one night, that was from Jacy....
  6. Patsah - I spelled your name wrong, sorry! The link was helpful, Satin Sashes Bows Chair Ties Weddings Banquets Party - eBay (item 300289733335 end time Mar-28-09 09:34:08 PDT) I think I may order the AQUA ones. If anyone can use them for their wedding, let me know. Mine is June 24, 2009.
  7. Patash- Are you leaving the sashes there, or bringing them back home. My color is simliar for the girls. It is POOL from David's Bridal. I was going to do pink and that color in order to not worry about having a perfect match. Anyway, thanks for the link!
  8. Congrats and best wishes! You looked gorgeous! Can't wait to hear the review!

  14. Ladies - After reading posts, I went through some old emails. In regards to rehersal/welcome dinner, Jacy had sent me this: 1. Rehersal Dinner: -IPlease find a mexican menú attached. In order to have this menu in one of our a la carte restaurants the extra cost would be $18usd per person. So it was less expensive than the recent one she sent and there was no charge for alcohol. I intend to f/u with her and will let you all know
  15. I LOVED the WC at Secrets Maroma and thought the resort look awesome! Unfortunately, I have a cousin who is under 18 and since it is adults only.....good luck!

  18. Elizabeth - Can you send me that document? I don't have enough points (again) to download! Probably cause I never got on here! THANKS! [email protected]

So I've sent someone(?!) an e-mail and have heard nothing back! Any help would be great!! Thanks =) lp579..the final answer I got was a HOTEL room for the night, not just a guest pass for the day. It worked out cheaper for me to bring one from home as well....
  22. Does anyone have locations of the spots for receptions? She sent me a few, but I am interested in the ballroom. I know you are looking at outside places but I would prefer the A/C! I am curious to see what table decor, etc looks like. THANKS!
