  1. Hi Everyone! We leave in 7 weeks and I'm in the same boat as all of you. I'm working down the to-do list pretty quickly and don't feel too stressed out yet. I'm mailing out the pre-travel brochures and luggage tags next week. The OOT bags are almost done, they just need to be assembled and then we are going to deliver them to all of the local guests a week before we leave. It was too much of a hassle to get everything down there. My dress fitting is next week and my shoes came in yesterday and they are sooo cute. The only things left to do are - write the ceremony script, apply for a marriage license and the bachelorette party is the 18th! Of course I still need to go shopping for cute clothes for the honeymoon since we are going to Europe for 2 weeks after the wedding in Cabo. It's going to be a crazy time. Â Â Lori, Â If your RSVP date has already passed then you have every right to call or email those that are on the fence to get a final answer. We only had a few people that were doing that to us and I just told them that the resort needed to know by the end of August and after that we couldn't add people. They made up their minds real quick after that. Also, we have the same wedding date - 10/10/10. We will be at the Pueblo Bonito Rose in Cabo.
  2. Yes, it's still my date and everything is coming along nicely. Everything is booked for the ceremony and reception, OOT bags are almost done - just need to be assembled, dress is bought and pre-travel information is ready to go out. The only remaining open items are wedding bands and the groom's outfit. How's your planning going?

Everything else was fairly cheap. I think we only spent about $200.00 altogether.

We were afraid people would just look at them and not realize that there was actual information inside the bottle.
  6. Hey everyone, Here are some pictures of my MIB STDs. They are going in the mail today. I took a lot of ideas from this board so thanks everyone for the good input! The bottles are glass and are from Sand Blast Entertainment. The stickers are from Zazzle and everything else is from Michael's. The actual STD is on parchment paper from Office Max and done by a friend. STD: MIB: Packaging: Boxes:
  7. We are getting married 10/10/10 at Pueblo Bonito in Cabo. We are working on our DIY MIB Save the Dates right now and expect to have them sent by the end of the month. The planning is really just starting to get under way, since we got engaged in 2008 it feels like we've just been sitting around doing nothing for so long. My Stepmom used to be a wedding planner so she is handling all of the details with the resort. If it wasn't for her I'd be going a little crazy right now.
  8. Hi all! My name is Stephanie and I just got engaged. We are thinking Cabo on 10/10/10. Its still 2 years away but I want to get a jumpstart on the planning. I'm looking forward to browsing the forum for input.
