Hi I'm cruising to Cabo (our 1st port of call) via Royal Carib. and getting married at Pedregal Beach. June 23rd... Almost cxld due 2 Swine Flu but We're ON!

Hi,Im Nicole from the San francisco Bay Area. My fiance Preston and I are getting married on June 23rd in Cabo. We were going to do it in Golden Gate Park but I was just too much work and family compromise. We had already booked our cruise to the Mex. Riv and decided to get hitched on the honeymoon... We invited our close friends and family but due to the current economic situation only our mothers and our children (8 &15 from prev. relatioships)were able to make it...Quiet as kept, that's all we wanted anyway. Well, although things have been going our way, a month ago the Swine Flu (forgive me, the H1N1) virus breaks and my quiet Cabo weddings seems to be fading... needless to say, I MILDLY freak out. Fastforward about a week ago, we get an email from Royal Carribean asking us how we would be impacted if they continued with their current itinerary... Well, Finally! Someone asks me for my opinion! So I wote them back (this is the gist) Uh, hmmm, well, I really would HATE to cancel this cruise, however, If the $3000 cruise i'v purchased a year ago is going to retun to SAN FRANCISCO! I'll pass... I doubt that my comment made a difference but, our cruise will be the first since the outbreak to return to The Mexican Riviera. Whew! That was a close one...
